My folks gave me my first musical instrument, a harmonica, before I was in school - and harmonica is still my favorite instrument to play. My earliest and happiest recollections involve making music with my folks; not just my parents, but also my grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Practically everyone in my family could make good music.

I mostly draw my musical inspiration from the old Gospel, Country, R&B, Jazz and Blues music my family loved and played: American music from about the 1930s through the 1960s. I still play music the way I learned it from my folks decades ago: from the heart, by ear, with all the passion I can put into it.

I play music with...

  • Cadillac Wreckers Swing, Jazz, Rhythm and Blues, and Original Roots music. Covering styles from Chicago to Texas, Memphis to Motown, NYC to the West Coast
with Guitarist, Vocalist and Co-founder Dana Duplan

  • Chris Clarke & Dane Terry - Original, Traditional, Country-Blues and Gritty Folk Music
  • Plow - Bluegrass, Newgrass, Hillbilly Classics
  • Dingbats -Early Jazz, Traditional

  • ... and as a Sideman-for-hire

Here's what one reviewer said about our first 'album':
These guys get it - the music moves well, jumps and swings. It'd be great to dance to. Authentic sound. They have their own style, too. Recommended for any Blues fan.
